North River Boats – Designer/Drafter 10/2023 - present
· Develop models and create general arrangement drawings of vessels for customer approval using Rhino 3D and Adobe Acrobat Pro
· Design custom cabin layouts and seat box arrangements, dashboards and radio boxes, storage and bait cutting stations, berthing accommodations, engine room layouts, boarding doors, fishing accessories, wireways, radar arches and electronics masts
· Create fabrication drawings and bill of materials for production
· Develop flat parts of 3D models for CNC routing and forming
· Coordinate with salespeople, project coordinators, logistics personnel, fabricators, and customers

Transdisciplinary Design Experience:
Arizona State University Innovation Space class Fall 2022 & Spring 2023
· Researched and developed new concepts for Disney for “the next generation of play” in a team of six, including industrial and graphic designers, business majors, and industrial engineers
· Worked with Disney executives to discuss the project scope and objectives, brainstorm concepts, present progress updates, and take notes on feedback to use for further iterations, refinements and alternative concepts to meet their needs
· Delivered and presented a finalized concept with digital renderings and a physical look-alike model to Disney executives, along with a narrated pitch deck to present for corporate approval
· Granted Design Excellence Award by ASU for my work in Fall 2022
Arizona State University STEAM Tank class Fall 2022 & Spring 2023
· Researched and developed concepts for an educational children’s museum exhibit in one or more STEAM categories in a team including industrial and graphic designers, industrial engineers, MBAs, and computer science majors
· Familiarized six new team members with the project’s research, concept, and feedback from the Fall semester to re-design and build an exhibit in the Spring semester
· Led the basic design and construction of the exhibit, utilizing Fusion360, AutoCAD, and CNC routing; placing orders for tools and materials with consideration for budgetary and time constraints
· Completed an exhibit with four interactive subsections demonstrating common methods of sustainable energy production and distribution in four months
